We are happy to help you find your perfect fit. If you are not happy with the product you ordered and want to return it, you can return your item within 14 days after receiving your order.

Please note that the customer is responsible for returning the goods to us correctly. Items to return must be in perfect condition, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. 

Please contact us at info@lenamae.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return and request a return form. 

Refund

When the return has arrived back at our warehouse & is approved, then your refund will be processed in the same way as the original method of payment within fourteen (14) days from the reception of the returned item. Shipping and return costs are at the expense of the customer.

Damages

If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email info@lenamae.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.
